PRIVACY POLICY
The PX Video Privacy Policy details how PX Video and its parent company – Grand View Media Group – handle personal information when you use Predator Xtreme “Community Center” services, including information provided when you use PX Video.

Personal Information
• Non-Account Activity. You are permitted to watch videos on PX Video without having a PX Video account.
• Account Activity. Specific activities on PX Video, such as uploading videos, posting comments and rating videos, require a registered PX Video account. We do ask for some basic personal information when you create your PX Video account, including a username, password and various contact information, which all are securely kept and used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• Usage Information. We may monitor the manner in which you use PX Video, including account set-up verifications, account activity and maintenance, related account traffic information, as well as video comment moderation and everything pertaining to the full TERMS OF USE document.
• Uploaded Site Content. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online is considered publicly available and is able to be collected and used by others.

Information Uses
• If and when you submit personally identifiable information through the PX Video site, we will use your information to operate, maintain and provide you with site features and functionality.
• Your account name (not your e-mail address) is displayed to other site users when you upload videos or participate in the video comment sections, not your e-mail address or other contact information.
• We may use your e-mail address and other personal information for marketing message activities without your consent. We may also use your personal information for non-marketing of PX Video administrative purposes.

Information Choices
• You may at account set-up or anytime during membership decline your submission of personal information through PX Video, which will still permit non-account activity (details listed above).
• You may update or correct your personal information by visiting your account profile settings. Any information not permitted in this section, may be addressed to the PX Video staff for information change consideration.

PERMISSIONS & RESTRICTIONS
The PX Video Permissions & Restrictions outlines the manner in which PX Video and its parent company – Grand View Media Group – handle account acceptance and liability through site rules and agreements.

User Acceptance
• By using and/or visiting the PX Vide website, you agree to the full TERMS OF USE, including the Privacy Policy, Permissions & Restrictions, as well as the CODE OF CONDUCT. If you do not understand or agree to any of these policies and procedures outlined in the TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT, please do not visit or use the PX Video website.
• Details of the TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT policies may change at any time without notification, and you are in full agreement to such revisions. Please periodically review the most up-to-date version by visiting the TERMS OF USE page on PX Video website.

Account Security
• To access some features of the PX Video website (check Privacy Policy), a valid PX Video account is mandatory. During your account creation, accurate and complete personal contact information is required. The registered account holder is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on this account. You may never use another user account’s information without permission.

General Use
PX Video grants you permission to access and use the website outlined in the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT, provided that:
• You agree not to distribute any part of the PX Video website, including but not limited to user video submissions without written authorization.
• You agree not to access user video submissions or any other PX Video content through any technology or other means other than the video playback pages of the PX Video website or other authorized means.
• You agree not to use the PX Video website for any commercial use without the prior written authorization of PX Video. Unauthorized commercial uses include:
- Sale of access to the site.
- Use of the site for the purpose of gaining or selling advertising and/or subscription revenue.
• Prohibited commercial uses DO NOT include:
- Original video uploads to PX Video to promote your business, creative or informational enterprise.
- Any use that PX Video expressly authorizes in writing.
• You will comply with the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT and all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
• PX Video reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the PX Video website at any time.

Content Use & Submissions
In addition to the General Use policies above, the following conditions apply specifically to the use of PX Video content:
• PX Video content, except all user submissions and related content, is the intellectual property of Predator Xtreme and its parent company – Grand View Media Group. Content is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
• You may access user submissions solely:
- For your information, personal and entertainment usage.
- Intended for normal PX Video intents and purposes.
• User comments are made available to you and the Predator Xtreme community for informational and entertainment uses only, and are made AS IS and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, downloaded or otherwise exploited in any manner consistent with the PX Video TERMS OF USE.
• Understand that with all PX Video content, you will be exposed to user submissions from varying sources. PX Video is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety or intellectual property rights of or relating to such user submission. Know that you may be exposed to user submissions that are inaccurate, offensive or even objectionable. PX Video and its parent company – Grand View Media Group – is not responsible for researching or investigating the accuracy of the content posted through the PX Video website. Viewers are advised that use of the information contained within the PX Video website is with the understanding that it is at their own risk. Grand View Media Group assumes no liability for this information or its use.
• You are solely responsible for your own user submissions and the consequences of posting them. In connection, you affirm, represent and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions, licenses, rights, consents, etc. to use and authorize PX Video site broadcast usage.
• Users retain all of their own rights in regards to user submissions.
• You fully agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or subject to third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have the rightful permissions.

Termination Policy
• PX Video will terminate a user account if, under appropriate circumstances, user is determined to be a repeat violator of the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT.
• PX Video reserves the right to determine user access, acceptability and the appropriateness and compliances with the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT. PX Video may remove or deny such user from using the PX Video site without stating reason and without notice.
